Shifting To 100% Distance Learning

Shifting To 100% Distance Learning

Shifting to Distance LearningEffective Monday, December 14th, all schools, with the exception of Sierra Hills that will continue to operate as they have been, will be shifting to 100% Distance Learning. This was done after consulting with County Public Health and the County Office of Education, and was in response to the escalating concerns with COVID-19 and the growing impacts on our county. All districts in the county shifted in the same direction. For CUSD, we are planning to return from Winter Break on Monday, January 4th, back in the 50% Blended Program Model. If this changes, which would be due to any COVID-19 related impacts on our ability to operate, communication will be sent out in advance.

We wish all of our staff members and families a positive and peaceful Winter Break and continue to hope for the best health and overall wellness for everyone out there.
